Agreement
By using FirstGlance (https://www.firstglance.page), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: mehulgup1001@gmail.com.
The service
FirstGlance connects to tools you authorise and emails you a morning digest (wins, blockers, traction) based on recent activity. Features, integrations, and plan limits may change. Digests are only sent when we find usable activity in the lookback window unless we state otherwise.
Accounts & plans
- Free:one active integration and daily digests, subject to fair use. Free is ongoing — there is no separate built-in "14-day Pro trial" on Free.
- Pro: may be sold for a fee, offered as a waitlist, or otherwise limited. Pricing and availability can change. Paid billing, when enabled, is processed by our payment provider (currently Polar or a successor we designate). If a payment provider offers a short paid-plan trial, that is separate from Free.
- If Pro ends (cancel, lapsed payment, or provider trial expiry) and you have more active integrations than Free allows, we keep your most recently used integration active and deactivate the extras. Credentials stay stored encrypted until you disconnect them; you can switch which single integration is active on Free within the plan limit.
- Creating multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits is not allowed. Each workspace/API credential may only be linked to one FirstGlance account.
Your credentials & content
You must have the right to connect any tools and share any credentials you provide. You are responsible for the data those APIs return and for the permissions of any token you paste (prefer read-only where available).
We encrypt your Notion/Shopify/Stripe API tokens using AES-256 encryption and never store them in plaintext. The same applies to other integration secrets we store on your behalf (AES-256-GCM at rest). You can disconnect integrations at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted use
- Use FirstGlance for unlawful content or activity
- Share accounts in a way that violates these Terms or third-party ToS
- Attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls
AI-generated digests
Digests are generated with AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss context. Do not treat them as professional, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important decisions in the source tools.
Third-party services
FirstGlance depends on third parties (hosting, auth, email, AI, payment processors, and the apps you connect). Their outages or policy changes can affect FirstGlance. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstGlance and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any loss, damages, unauthorized access, or misuse arising from compromise, leak, theft, or unauthorised use of API tokens, OAuth credentials, or other secrets you provide — whether caused by a third party, a provider outage, your own disclosure, or a security incident — except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Pro in the 3 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users. You may stop using FirstGlance and request deletion by contacting us.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
